This provider identification is made in particular with regard to:
- Republic of Serbia: Law on Electronic Commerce (Zakon o elektronskoj trgovini, "Sl. glasnik RS", Nos. 41/2009, 95/2013 and 52/2019), Art. 7 (Information about the service provider).
- European Union: Art. 5 of Directive 2000/31/EC ("e-Commerce Directive") with regard to users from the EU single market.
- Switzerland: Art. 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG), where the offering is directed at users in Switzerland.
The service provider is established exclusively in the Republic of Serbia. Under the country-of-origin principle enshrined in Art. 3 of Directive 2000/31/EC the legal assessment of the information-society services offered here is governed primarily by Serbian law. The obligations under § 5 of the German Digital Services Act (DDG) do not directly apply to this provider, as no establishment exists in the Federal Republic of Germany.
7. Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The service provider is neither obliged nor generally willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
